Points Program - Contest Terms & Conditions
1. No Purchase Necessary
Contests are run by ClipPoints, which is wholly owned by ClickClipCoupons Inc. (the "Contest Sponsor" or "us"). Contests commence on the beginning first day of each month at 12:00AM (EST) and end on the last day of each month at 11:59PM (EST) (hereinafter the "Contest Period"). Contests are open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and who meet all other eligibility requirements contained in the MoneySaver.ca's Terms and Conditions of Use (User) (the "User" or "You"). These Contests are void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participation constitutes the User's full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Official Contest Rules, the MoneySaver.ca Terms and Conditions of Use (Users) and the Terms and Conditions of Use (Website) which are incorporated by reference herein. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and aforementioned documents, the MoneySaver.ca Terms and Conditions of Use (Users) shall prevail to the extent of such conflict. No purchase is necessary for entry into the Contests and does not increase a User's chances of winning.
2. How to Enter
'Ballots' for entry into each Contest are acquired by redeeming points legitimately accumulated through the ClipPoints Program (the 'Program') in accordance with MoneySaver.ca's Terms and Conditions of Use (User). A 'ballot' is the same as a 'ticket' or 'chance' of winning a particular Contest. The number of points a User must redeem in order to receive one ballot for a Contest is dependent on the Badge level associated with that particular Contest, the details of which can be found here. Badge levels are awarded pursuant to the extent of the User's successful participation in the Program, the specifics of which can also be found here.
You may enter as many ballots for a qualifying Contest as you wish, so long as you have sufficient points to redeem to acquire such ballots. Your chances of winning a Contest increase with the number of ballots you enter into that Contest.

In order to qualify for entry into a particular Contest you must have at least the minimum Badge level associated with that Contest. Therefore, you may enter any Contest associated with your own Badge Level, or lower. For example, entry into the monthly "Friendly Messenger" Contest is permitted for those Users who hold the "Friendly Messenger" Badge level or higher, but Users with the "Mail Clerk" Badge level are not be permitted to enter.
You may enter as many ballots in as many Contests as you choose for those Contests that are run each month, so long as you meet the requirements for entry into each Contest entered.
Points have no cash value and may not be traded, bought or sold. Points that are not redeemed for ballots may expire, but only upon 60 days' advance notice to the User. All ballots must be received by 11:59PM (EST) on the last day of each month in order to qualify for entry into that month's Contest.
3. Winning
On a monthly basis the Contest Sponsor shall randomly choose one winner for each Contest held that month from all eligible entries received for each Contest.
How to win:
Members Share Coupons to collect points. Collecting Points opens new levels for members. When new levels are opened, members get a new badge and unlock another level of prizing.

The first 5 Members each month to earn the Zuckerberg Badge will instantly win $500 CAD Cash.
If a selected winner cannot be reached by Contest Sponsor within seven (7) days of the selection of winners then he/she will be disqualified and another winner will be selected randomly from all remaining eligible entries. If these rules differ from any promotional or other materials published in connection with the Sweepstakes, these rules shall control.
4. Conditions
Prizes are non-transferable. If the prize is unavailable, Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Contest Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest or these Official Contest Rules if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Contest Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of this Contest, as determined by Contest Sponsor, in their sole discretion. By participating, where allowable by law, User grants to Contest Sponsor the worldwide right to publish, broadcast and use in any media, including the World Wide Web, participant's entry, name, picture, and likeness, without limitation, for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation. Winner or winner's guardian may be required, in the sole discretion of Contest Sponsor, to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release within ten (10) days of the issuance of such documents or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
5. Liability
By participating in this Contest, you (and if you are a minor, your parents or legal guardians) accept all risk and consequences of entry and participation in this Contest, and agree to release and hold Contest Sponsor(s), its/ their officers, directors, affiliates, employees, contractors, subsidiaries, agents and partners harmless from any and all consequences, liability, losses, damages (including without limitation, consequential, punitive, incidental, special or increased damages and those related to personal injury, death or damage to property) and costs and expenses, of any kind, under any legal theory, arising from or related to this Contest, including but limited to your entry and participation in this Contest, the acceptance and/or use (or misuse) of any prize, printing errors, any claims based upon rights of publicity and invasion of privacy. User shall indemnify Contest Sponsor, its/ their officers, directors, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, agents, employees and partners from and against all claims or suits and any damages or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to user's violation or inaccuracy of any warrantees or representations made relating to this Contest. Contest Sponsor assumes no responsibility for errors, which may occur in the transmission of user's entry. Contest Sponsor is/are not responsible for any fraud or misconduct on the part of the user. Should a user engage in fraud or misconduct of any nature, including but not limited to a violation of the Official Contest Rules, such user shall be subject to immediate disqualification. Contest Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, modify or amend the Contest at any time if the fairness, integrity, and or proper administration of the Contest is jeopardized. IN NO EVENT SHALL CONTEST SPONSOR BE LIABLE TO USER FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, OR FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CONTEST. User's sole damages shall be limited to user's actual out of pocket expenses, excluding attorneys' fees. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND CONTEST USERS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSES AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
6. Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to any choice of law principles. User hereby agrees and irrevocably consents to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the Province of Ontario and Canada located in the Province of Ontario, Canada, for any and all claims arising from or related to this Agreement. User agrees that all claims relating to this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
7. Entire Agreement
Subject to the terms set out above, these terms set forth the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating thereto, whether oral or written.
8. Contest Sponsor
For the purpose of this Agreement, the Contest Sponsor is ClickClipCoupons Inc., an Ontario corporation with its primary address at 250 Consumers Rd Unit 4, North York, ON, M2J 4R4.
9. Winner List
Winner's name may be posted on http://www.clickMoneySaver.ca. You may also write to Contest Sponsor at the address listed above for a complete list of winners; however such list shall not be available until after four (4) weeks after the winner has been chosen.
