The MoneySaver.ca Guarantee
We guarantee a positive customer experience. If you are dissatisfied with MoneySaver.ca or any of our merchants, please contact us. We need to hear from you so that we keep getting better at what we do.
MoneySaver.ca offers you a complete refund for up to 30 days after your purchase, if our deal doesn't live up to your expectations. There are a few stipulations:
- We do not give refunds for expired deals
- We reserve the right to investigate any returns
- If you're constantly buying and returning deals, we will find out and we will take the necessary steps to prevent it from continuing
- We offer refunds on things within our control. If you feel you've been wronged by MoneySaver.ca, please tell us and we'll work with you to remedy the situation. However, we are not legally responsible if you are injured, killed or suffer any anguish while participating in a MoneySaver.ca deal.
